Homework Help, Educational Activities, and a Snack!

     Students will benefit from a low student to instructor ratio. The program provides children with a healthy snack, basic homework help, and various activities. As Rancho homework help grows, our goal is to offer more advanced academic tutoring, guest speakers, workshops, and other relevant activities as they become available.  Swim Team members who are eligible will receive a discount. The current schedule is flexible to provide adaptability but remains structured enough to provide predictability for the children.

Cost: Monthly - $300

Punch card (come in when you need help!) - $175

Time

Monday - 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday - 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday - Friday - 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Schedule: 
3:00 - 3:45 : Drop off, Sign-in, Outdoor activities, Homework
3:45 - 4:00 : Snacks
4:00 - 5:00 : Homework
5:00 - 6:00 : Homework, Activities, Guest speakers, Classes/Workshops

Policies
Pricing

1. Monthly. Paid at the beginning of every month.

2. Punch cards give parents and students the flexibility to come on a per need basis. We require a 48 hour advance notice so that we have enough instructors.

Refund Policy
Absolutely no refunds unless sickness or injury leads to more than half month of absence with a doctor’s note.

Drop Off and Pick Up

1. Drop Off: The cutoff time for being late will be at 4:00

2. Pick Up: Children may be picked up earlier at any time but must be picked up by 6:00pm. Late penalties will be determined at a later date
